Ayel dah besarr!!

Whoaaaa...my brother is geting bigger and bigger ..fatter and fatter...ahaks...
His name is Khairyl Azryl--> i gave it to him!! clap..clap!! :p
This 5 years old boy call himself Ayel..coz its the only name that sound similar
to his name that he can pronounce..but Ayel is kinda cute thou..
Well, we just call him si gemok..much better..hihi..

Ayel is a very active boy..xboleh dok diam..but despite his lasak attitude, he is a very polite spoken boy.. There is one day when my Abah pick him up on his first day of Kindegarden....He said to my Abah 'Terima kasih abah sebab hantar Azryl ke sekolah'..Surely Abah happy coz all of his 5 daughter have never said that to him... dem!!

Ayel is also well known as a mulut manis kind of boy!! He knows to compliment people especially when someone come to our house..I kinda remember everytime when Fadhli drop me off in front of my house..Ayel will running to open the door for me.. but this time as Fadhli's sister was with us he ran towards Fadhli's sister and spontaneously said 'Awak ni cantik laa'...isk..isk..kecik2 dah pandai nak mengorat!!

Its been almost one year that i didnt saw his face..kinda miss him a lotttt!!!

but last sunday while i was skyping with my mother and my sis ieqa,suddenly he menyibuk disitu..Mukanye bulat!!! ahaks... i'll not be seeing him this year...tsk..tsk..
The next time i see him will be next year...He'll be 6..huhu..Hopefully he'll remember me..hiks..

Rheinfall T.R.I.P

whoooaa..this breath taking scenery is a life time experience!! Rheinfall is the biggest waterfall in europe..i never knew about this place until last 2 weeks when iaeste Trainee (the club that i join since i move in zurich) came up with the activity to visit this waterfall... It located in Schloss Laufen am Rhein ,about one hour from Zurich...and not very far away from konstanz :)

There were about 25 People joining this event..SO,yanie and i met some of new people from iran,kazakhstan,uk,mexican and swiss of course ... It was fun knowing new people..but we kinda met someone (from London) that could not stop talking... yanie had take one step ahead while i couldnt get away from her..

she kept talking and talking ...about this and that.. Its cool,thou..dont get me wrong...i love talking to her...but, do you know how long we've been talking?..its like forever.. trust me...suddenly, i felt like im talking with british accent,you know... Its kinda funny..but fortunately yanie was the only one who heard it..ahaks... See..i told u, lamakan.....

Then we have our one hour and a half walked up to Schaffhausen to visit Munot fortress.. Walking up there was totally unacceptable!!! it was soooo hot and no breeze at all....But when we reached the Fortress...it was suprisingly cold inside...mybe because of the material they used to build this building..i dont know... After joining the one hour tour ..we head back home...

It was a very exciting one day trip..hope they will come up with more exciting event for the next ..next ..next weekend..:p

Its simply been a while since my last Blog post about my LIFE :) It just that ..i dont have anything interesting going on around me recently..

but

finally the weather was beautiful yesterday..eventhou the weather forecast predicted there would be raining the whole day..they even predicted the rain will continue for the whole week!! Hurm ..sometime Science could not be that accurate,huh? Only ALLAh knows it all!! So,we HUMAN..can only plan and predict whats going to happen..If things doesnt turn out the way that we wanted..let it be..I'm sure that,ALLAH swt had a better plan for us ...

Anyway, thanks to the lovely weather..i decided to went for a swim..(Actually,i'm not very good at it..but ok laa) There is one place called Frauenbad Stadthausquai in the heart of Zurich ,where the entrance strictly for women only.. i went there(alone ,of course)and hoping the water would be warm as well... well,the water is coming from the lake of zurich as this plase is build in the middle of the lake..so practically,the water should be damn COLD...There are 2 "swimming pools"-->1 meter deep and 4 meter deep..obviously i didnt have the courage to swim in that 4m pool..The water is green and i couldnt see whats in side the water..creepy...

i am the only one with top..long sleeves lagi...everyone there were topless,ok...i know lar, there was no men around..but didnt they have any self respect? I was totally embarrased eventhou i am not the one that doing that kind of act..but, i guess thats the reason why they build pool only for women,isnt? forget about them..
Well..after 2 freaking hours..i just had enough..ahaks...feelin dizzy,..too much sun exposure..hiks.. Puteri salju gitu.. But i'm sure that i'll be back here soon...

Tomorrow will be more interesting...yani will be here in Zurich today..and we will joining foreigner trainee expedition to Rheinfall,Schaffhausen!! Its totally going to be a lot of fun!! we'll see...

Raw Milk Vs. Pasteurized Milk

I always buy UHT milk as this milk cost lower than fresh milk...I never thought that this type of milk can damage not only our body but our future children..seriously!!! Its my fault,thou that i didnt at least check the word pasteurized before i consumed UHT@ pasturized milk.

It is undoubtedly beneficial to destroy dangerous germs, but pasteurization does more than this-it kills off harmless and useful germs alike, and by subjecting the milk to high temperatures, destroys some nutritious constituents...

Effects of Pasteurized Milk on Human Body

Throughout the world, people have different opinions regarding milk
consumption.

Africans and Orientals have traditionally avoided milk,
while Europeans and Americans encourage milk consumption. Besides proteins, milk also contains fats, meaning that it does not combine well with other foods except itself.

Still, nowadays cold milk is often consumed with other products, effecting negatively the digestion process. Milk curds immediately
upon entering the stomach, so if other foods are present, the curds
coagulate around food particles, insulating them from gastric juices and delaying the digestion process (sometimes long enough to permit the onset of putrefaction).

The pasteurisation process destroys milk’s natural enzymes and its delicate proteins. The active enzymes of milk, lactose and
lipose, permit milk to digest itself. When enzymes are destroyed, milk becomes hard to digest by adults. Also, the lack of enzymes and proteins reduces the absorption of calcium and other mineral elements from milk.

In 1930, Dr. Fracis M. Pottenger conducted a 10 years study on the
effects of pasteurised and raw milk diets on 900 cats. The cats were divided in 2 separate groups. One group received only raw milk, while the other one received pasteurised milk from the same source.

The first group of cats (consuming raw milk) remained
healthy and active throughout their lives, while the second group
(consuming pasteurized milk) became confused and ill (heat diseases, loss of teeth, liver inflammation, etc.).

The second and third generation of cats from the second group encountered even more health problems. The cats
were born with weak bones and poor teeth (a clear sign of calcium
deficiency) and were all sterile. The cats from the first group remained
healthy from generation to generation, without been affected by any
illnesses. The experiment ended because there was no fourth generation
of cats belonging to the second group of cats feed with pasteurised
milk.

Besides pasteurisation, milk is now “homogenised” to stop cream
separating from milk. As a result of this process, fat molecules are
pulverized and fragmented in order to stay with the rest of milk components.

But, in this way, fragments of fat molecules can easily pass through
the small intestine, increasing the amount of fat and cholesterol absorbed by the body.

Sometimes you can absorb more fat in this way than from
eating pure cream from milk. Women consuming large quantities of pasteurised milk suffer the world’s highest incidence of osteoporosis.

Recent studies of the Human Research Centre in Grand Folks, North Dakota, indicated that BORON is another essential element for calcium absorption and bones building. Boron can be found in apples, pears, grapes, cabbage, nuts and other leafy vegetables.

So, adults and children all together, should eliminate pasteurised dairy products from their diets, because human body can not assimilate the nutrients contained by these products.

I should also know that there are no substitute for fresh@ raw milk..urggg..common sence babe!!!what have i done to my body.. Next time ..Fresh milk will definitely go into my trolley....*sigh*

Sleeps may keep you thin -Studies

I was reading the Yahoo Health section today when i found this not so interesting article but really proof why i keep put on weight for the past 2 months ..

i barely eat unhealthy,oily or even 'fat' food...i could even say that i barely eat afterall..hiks..no larr.. breakfast and dinner..its more than enough for me.... sometimes cashew nuts in between( actually,I'm addicted to casshew nuts..)

Sleeping is the most relaxing activity that we've done all day...We need sleep to think clearly, react quickly, and create memories. We are not vampires ,who dont need sleep for the rest of their whole life..(again with indirect influence of twilight)..ok..ok.. no need to write such a long entry today.. just read the article below...

"AMSTERDAM (AFP) - The secret of staying thin could be at least partly down to a good night's rest, an international conference on obesity heard in Amsterdam on Thursday.

"After a bad night's sleep, people ate 550 calories (22 percent) more than normal," said the findings of a study by the European Centre of Taste Science in Dijon in central France, presented at the gathering. This represented about one large hamburger.
Feelings of hunger were higher among a test group who slept four hours the previous night than among those who slept eight hours, stated an extract of the findings.

"These results indicate that sleep deprivation increases food intake and... could be a factor promoting obesity,"
it added. "

i usually sleep at 12am and wake up around 530am.. (subuh abis awal kan) 5hours and 30 min sleep is not enough to make me slim ,i guess..lolness...

starting from tonight,i'll make sure i have my comfortable and deep early sleep to get slim..hiks.. Chaiyo!!chaiyo!! get rid of those pounds :)

I believe that its only a matter of time before a person could find his or her better half in their life. It doesnt matter when,where or even how they met..but the most important part is they found one (jgn la pepandai nak cr lebeh):p

When i was in my high school year, i thought that it is impossible for me to find my perfect Mr. Right as i always thought that boys will always be boys..immature,loud,wierd and the list goes.. They intentionally called me President of ABC(Anti Boys Club),which i was totally not!! Maybe my action & reaction towards them(Boys) seems cold or unfriendly lead them to called me such name....maybe..i dont know..There was time when they hanged my bag on the ceiling,poured disguisting water and rubbish on my desk and even put one of the garderner's boot on my desk!!Who does that ?? i'm still in search of that person ..grrr... They even called our group (me,ina,wannur,tasha n ainor) Rugby team..I totally understand that they were jealous because of our height...Unbelievable..but when i think of it now, i find it funny and interesting how we experience our high school life..how i wish i could turn back time...I miss you girls so damn much!!!

Back to the story...

Eventually i found my so called soulmate for more than 2 years ago..wooot.. My perception towards them slowly change... i mean slooowly.... :p

Last Saturday(9 May 2009) was our 25 Months Anniversary... Fadhli came to Zürich to celebrate our special day together... We went to ABC 1234 Cinema (what a weird name for a cinema) to watch X-Men... Its our first time here in Zürich watching movie in cinema together ..i have a somewhat very different feeling from the other cinema i've been too.. they've about more than 300 seats in there.. its a hell of a big room i could say with very2 comfortable leather seats..(no wonder they double the price).. the Movie was great,but i've never watch x-men before..so Fadhli had to explain to me every single detail that i couldnt understand.. pity him..but we have so much fun afterall..but the fun doesnt include when i cracked my back tooth while i was passionately eating the pop corn!! cis..i've to make an appointment again with Dr Mitch in Konstanz this Wednesday!!

After the movie, we took tram 13 to go to Sultan Restaurant where they served Tunesian Halal Food. The weather was great until we get on the Tram 13. Then suddenly the sky become cloudy and it started to rain heavily!!There goes my new cloths..grr.. Fortunate enuff that the Sultan Restaurant is situated exactly where we get out of the tram..The atmospere was good with all the tunesian music and all..even the glasses were brought from tunesia.. We ate couscous(some kind of small rice) with lamb meat and hand made sosej and köfte..SubhanAllah, the lamb taste sooo goood!! dont ask me about the price..then we went back with full stomach , a big smile on our face and less money in our pocket :) we do know that Zürich is one of the most expensive city in the world thou..

creative,huh?

i usually had different , wierd, illogical and i could say creative dreams each and everynight.. Normally yanie, hajare, ayue will be my victims to hear all my dreams..thanks to them,i can spit out and express my unconsious creativity effectively :p

but, there is a but


Designing, Programming, creative thinking and imagination are way too far from my conscious self,as far as i'm concern at least....

Creativity is usually referred to someone who is involved in performing or visual arts. This is how we most often think of it. However, it is totally wrong!! You probably did not realize creativity affects just about every part of our lives in some form.After finishing with my Twilight reading thingy,I came up with a thought that to be able to actively imagine things , to see and hear things in one's mind (edward cullen..hiks..) is an interesting and important ability one should have(one of my creative thought..haha..) It doesnt have to involve a lot of creativity though,does it?It is acceptable to surround yourselves with other people's thought.Hearing others thought can also stimulate our creativity,rite ?but creativity may not be creative if you are observing someone else or if you are using the same method and not generating different results...twist the fact and you might be on your way to your creative path :p

One of my recent job involves my creativity to shine...I've to create Database to the whole Department..It doesnt looks as cool as it sound,thou!! learning new software is one thing, to design the layout is another...I've to be creative in order to impress all those workoholic freak :p
I've started with designing the main layout..unfortunately, dead end..buruk n xpro langsung!!!! I've told you that i'm not creative!!! creativity can't be taught!! .. or maybe they can? I dont know..i dont know..and i dont wanna to think of it...Actually i believe that my creativity side is still deep inside me..i just have to patiently call them out :p Time is all i have now ..hiks..

No matter what part of your life you use your creative side for, it is important that you try different things (Bungee jumping,anyone?) in order to determine what inspires you. Everyone is different. What and how something affects you, may not be even close to how it makes the next person around you feel.

table for three?

Weekend almost over again...... one post per week..haha.. i`ve told you i`m not into this blogging thingy rite...but still, i`ll take a lil of my precious time to write this post..... :p

Last Thursday i `ponteng' kerja..haha... it took me a lot of courage to send a sms to my boss..i`ve told him that i was sick, but i am not...(i lied..). Hopefully he didn`t google my name and find out about diz blog of mine :p

The day before he asked me whether i am feeling unwell ..maybe because of my so called `sick of work' face appeared so visible... I guess this is my chance to 'ponteng' kerja after all..huhu.....

On the same Thursday afternoon i took ICE straight to Stuttgart...When i crossed Germany` boarder suddenly a `balik kampung' feeling spread in my tummy..huhu...i dont know why i've those kind of feeling..weird thou... Anyway, i met Hajar there and we go for a lil swimmng suit shopping while waiting for yanie... haja and i were planning to have our grillen party at yanie`s on friday... Unfortunately haja cant make it bcoz of some reasons that i cant actually understand!!! cit ..haja..i've came all the way here...you shud have considered me thou!!!! :p

But,Friday`s grillen was a big sucsess!! or shud i said Friday and Saturday Grill Party!! haahaha..
we bought those food for 5-6 people actually..but haja,fira n fariza couldnt make it...so,it is our responsibility to finish up those food..Eventhou there were only the three of us ,we ate like monster ....3 kilos of meats,nasi minyak,puding roti,kuah kacang..bla..bla.. habis licin!!! mcm xmakan sethn!!! seriously, i've never ate that much in many grillen Party I've attend so far!!

Then on Saturday early in the morning about 6 am...we started again with our grill ceremony..haha.. again!! the earliest grillen Party i've ever been to..After this early grillen breakfast..we went to Stuttgart for a lil fresh air after a long day menghirup asap2 grill..actually there is also Grillen Party in Konstanz that i have to go..i`m very sorry but stuttgart and konstanz is just a liltle to far to go back and forth..and i just want to lazing around on Sunday...so,i went straight back to Zürich the very same evening.....

HOpe there will be more exciting and fun grill party in the next few month!! and make sure haja ..you`ll not miss it!!!
