Pedoman untuk Wanita ...

Assalammualaikum w.b.t


Getting married is every girl's dream...
InsyaAllah ..that dream will come true someday..
But after getting married, come a huge responsiblities on both part (man & women).

I am not saying that getting married is burdensome.
Married is a wonderful thing, but you have to be prepared body and soul , so that you can be a wonderful and dedicate (solehah) wife to your husband ;)



i ve come across this article today and i would love to share it to all my readers..



Pujian Rasulullah s.a.w:

“Dunia itu seluruhnya perhiasan, dan sebaik-baik perhiasan dunia adalah wanita/isteri solehah.”


Jagalah dengan baik 10 sifat, nescaya engkau menjadi penyuluh.


Pertama dan kedua, hendaklah kamu bersifat tenang dan menerima apa adanya serta mahu mendengar dan taat.


Ketiga dan keempat, hendaklah kamu menjaga dengan baik mata dan hidungnya, agar dia tidak sampai melihat hal tidak baik pada dirimu; dan jangan sampai mencium bau tidak enak dari dirimu. Oleh karena
itu, engkau harus selalu wangi.


Kelima dan keenam, jagalah baik-baik waktu tidurnya dan waktu makannya. Bila perutnya benar-benar sudah merasa lapar, ia mudah tersinggung. Dan bila tidurnya terganggu, ia akan mudah marah.

Rasulullah bersabda,



“Bila seorang wanita solat lima waktu, puasa di bulan Ramadhan, menjaga kemaluannya dan taat kepada suaminya, maka akan memasuki syurga dari pintu mana saja yang dikehendaki.”

Blueberry Mascarpone Cheesecake!!!!

When there was a main dish...there should have dessert as well, rite?

terima kasih sahabat kerana mencuba resepi2 experiment ku ;) u know who u are ..lol !!

Just want to try out something new ... tadaaaa... Mascarpone cheesecake!!!

before this, i have baked cheesecakes with Philadelphia cream cheese, but now i want to try it with Mascarpone cheese instead...

so, let see..the ingredients for 28cm spring are :

Top:
500g Mascarpone cheese
300g Sour cream

7-8 eggs

2 spoon lemon juice
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
2 cups castor sugar/ puder sugar

2 bottle sweetened wild blueberry (if you like, u can use more)

Base:
1 packet double layer biscuits with chocolates filling(Prinzen/Prince)
1 cup brown sugar
100g melted butter


Heat the oven up to (170°)

For the base:
  • Use dry blender and blend biscuits and brown sugar all together until half fine crumbs.
  • Add melted butter into biscuits crumbs and mix until moist crumbs form.
  • Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom of the prepared spring form (not on the sides of the spring form). Bake the crust about 5-10 minutes(until it begins to brown).Set aside.

For the topping:
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the mascarpone cheese, sour cream and sugar in a large bowl until smooth, occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  • Beat in a bottle wild blueberry, lemon juice and vanilla. Add the eggs, 1 at a time,continue mixing until smooth.
  • Pour another bottle wild blueberry over the base. Then pour the cheese mixture over the wild blueberry and put in the oven up to 55 minutes.
  • Let it cool ..preferable 30 minutes on the table then overnight in the fridge ;)

Laksa Johor Rezept :)

i heart Laksa Terengganu soo much!!
but unfortunately i couldn't found the Terengganu's curry (gulai bunga rose) here ..
i end up cooking Laksa Johor instead.. even though several ingredients were no where to be found here in Germany, but i guess the taste of my Laksa Johor was ....... ;)




Laksa Johor



Ingredients:

1) 1 1/2 Onions
2) 3 cm Schrimp paste:Belacan
3) 2 fresh Chilies
4) 2 cm Ginger
6) 1 spoon Meat Curry
7) 3 spoon Fish Curry

8) 2 slices dried tamarind fruit (Asam keping)
9) 3-4 tins Sardine in sunflower oil
10) 1 cup Coconut milk
11) 6 spoon Sunflower Oil
12) lemon grass



Left : blended red color ingredient Right : blended sardines



First of all,blend all together the red color ingredients , then set aside...

Then, boil 5 cup of water in a pot. Put in all sardines (without the sunflower oil) into the boiling water.Wait for 10 minutes and then took out the sardines and blend it as well .Then, set aside. Dont throw away the sardines stock just yet.

Coat another pot with sunflower oil and place it over a medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, put in those already blended red color ingredient. Stir around 5-7 minutes.

Then add those blended sardines. Stir. Add 4-5 cups sardines stock.Stir . Add also dried tamarind fruit. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add 3 spoon of brown sugar and 2 spoon of salt.

Add coconut milk slowly while you stir. Cook for another 10-15 minutes..and its done!!!!!

Eat with spaghetti noodles or Chinese noodles ;) yummy....

i've received a DHL packet a few days ago.. i wonder what could it be...[ it is because too much online shopping for this week..dunno which or which delivered first..lol ;)]

i am craving for marshmallows since i saw Hajar's facebook pictures with those tiny sweet little thing ;( But i cant just buy them here...God forbid!! it contains animal gelatin,moreover it most probably from PIG...ewwwwwwww... and i totally forgot to add marshmallows in the list,when my father asked me what kind of stuff that i want him to post.. adeke cakap nak serunding,kerisik... mcm makcik2 plak..lol

But then, i found this particular website that sells only halal food and guess what? lol..
for sure marshmallows are one of them :) i've already promote this website to all my YM Messenger friends... but it seems that they just ignore me...not so interested on buying marshmallows ,i guess.. ignore them!!! humph.. as long as i get my monthly dosage of sweets!!! tq awak ..... sj nk bg sy gemok kan.. beli banyak!! i loike!!

10 Healthy Foods That Aren't!!!

Healthy or not healthy? Not a simple question these days...If you thought the food that you ate is healthy enuf, think again!!

While i was waiting my breaded fish fillet to be cook(breakfast pon dh gemokk kan?!!)..
ive come to read one interesting article in www.ediets.com about
healthy foods that arent..

I think it might be useful for my fellows calorie-conscious readers ;)

Here we go..

1. Olive oil. Though healthier than butter, olive oil is still oil. More is not better, especially if you're watching your weight. (Don't even think about using margarine.)

2. Honey. "It's natural." That's a common saying. People often offer it as a reason to eat something sweet. The snack may be natural, but it still contains sugar, and not enough redeeming nutritional value to make it healthy.

3. Juice. Orange juice. Apple juice. Cranberry juice. Juice can be the quickest way to gain weight. It takes a minute -- actually less than a minute -- for most people to drink 150 calories. Gulp. Gulp. Watch your thighs expand.

4. Wheat bread. Too vague. Think it's healthy just because it's wheat? Only whole wheat or whole grain count as healthy.

5. Milk. Whole milk, that is. The old dietary guidelines recommended at least three servings of dairy a day. They didn't differentiate between low-fat and nonfat dairy and whole milk, which is high in saturated fat and cholesterol. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's 2005 guidelines do differentiate.

6. Cheese. Many people think if you don't eat meat, you can eat cheese for protein. This is another quick way to gain weight. Cheese -- especially whole-milk cheese -- is full of saturated fat and calories. Compare an ounce of whole-milk mozzarella (80 calories, 6 grams of fat, 4 grams saturated fat) to one ounce of turkey breast (30 calories, less than 1 gram of total fat). Treat cheese with caution, and as a treat.

7. Wine. While wine -- and alcohol in general -- may have some health benefits, they end at one drink for women and two for men. More than that and the benefits are wiped out by increased risk for disease and addiction.

8. Fish. Most fish are very healthy, low in saturated fat and a good source of protein. But some fish are less than healthy, because of environmental contamination. It's sad but true. Some fish that contain omega-3 fatty acids, such as tuna, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish, also may be high in mercury, which is poisonous.

Good fish choices include wild salmon (farm-raised salmon is less healthy), sole, flounder, grouper, mahi mahi, bass, snapper shrimp and lobster. Shellfish in general are good. Canned sardines and mackerel are also good, but king mackerel can be high in mercury. Also, fish caught in local waters may be contaminated with PCPs, so check local fish and game advisories.

9. Fat-free. Just because a cookie is fat-free doesn't mean it's healthier than the original version. In fact, some fat-free cookies contain more calories than the original. Manufacturers often increase the sugar to make up for the flavor and texture lost without fat. Have a cookie if you want one -- one is the operative word.

10. Chicken. Chicken is a very lean meat only if you remove the skin and don't fry it. If you choose the Crispy Chicken sandwich at McDonald's, for example, you get 500 calories and 23 grams of fat -- compare to a plain hamburger, which has 260 calories and 9 grams of fat.

Lame gile x update!!!

Since i've already done with my practical , i dont think that my blog will be any interesting than before...but anyway, i guess continue blogging wouldnt do me any harm rite? lol!!

its 3 am already, but im
still kicking..consider the amount of coffee relatives to the amount of water that i take,i will survive through the night..hahah.. but..i have to sleep already!!!! esok xleh ponteng kelas!!!!
